Terms of Service.
These terms govern access to and use of the IBEAN platform, defining the responsibilities of all participants in the capability exchange ecosystem. (Operational Framework)
System Bounds
IBEAN provides infrastructure, not guaranteed outcomes. These terms define usage conditions, participant responsibilities, and the underlying legal framework.
01. Platform Role & Scope
IBEAN facilitates structured capability exchange and provides verification, governance, and coordination mechanisms. IBEAN does not act as an employer, agent, or guarantor of delivery.
IBEAN is the infrastructure for your engagement. We provide the rules and the rails (governance and escrow), while you manage the professional relationship.
Participants remain responsible for their own contractual obligations.
02. User Responsibilities
- A. Provide accurate and verified organizational information.
- B. Comply with all applicable sovereign and industry laws.
- C. Respect engagement definitions and acceptance criteria as logged in the protocol.
- D. Use the platform infrastructure in good faith for institutional execution.
Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
03. Payments & Escrow
Where applicable, payments are linked strictly to defined milestones. Release occurs upon verified acceptance via the protocol. Escrow mechanisms are designed to protect both parties from non-performance or non-payment.
No 'upfront' risks. Funds are held securely and released only when the output is verified against the agreed success criteria.
04. Limitation of Liability
IBEAN's liability is strictly limited to platform operation and the governance mechanisms provided. IBEAN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party actions or delivery failures.
05. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are addressed through the evidence recorded on the platform and defined acceptance criteria. Resolution mechanisms are governed by the specific laws identified in engagement agreements.
